FAQ
Is this a donation or an investment?
It’s a hybrid model. Your contribution is technically a donation, but as a Co-Founder, you will receive a symbolic share allocation (equity) in the new company that will hold the patents and build the AIR MOTION platform. This is a pre-seed stage support opportunity with real start-up upside potential.
What happens if you don’t reach the full goal?
We’ve already completed 80% of the prototype. The remaining funding is for high-pressure testing, safety integration, and the official Guinness World Record certification. Even if we don’t reach 100%, your support still brings us significantly closer — and we’ll continue progressing with the funds raised.
Can I donate on behalf of a company?
Absolutely. Companies from across Europe, the United States, and other eligible regions can contribute as Co-Founders.
Corporate contributions are often accepted under CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) or innovation support budgets.
Business donors will receive:
- An official Co-Founder certificate
- Recognition on our digital and on-site supporter walls
- Eligibility for B2B collaboration opportunities, including licensing, co-branding, or joint media exposure

Do I receive a receipt or invoice?
Yes. Once your contribution is complete, you will receive:

These documents ensure full transparency, whether you're donating as an individual or on behalf of a company. We’re happy to adapt the contract format to meet specific requirements for CSR or corporate accounting across Europe, the US, and other jurisdictions.
